"Participant" means the child who is attending or who is booked on to a Rugbytots term
"Rugbytots Ltd" means a directly operated Rugbytots territory
"Rugbytots Franchise" means a Rugbytots franchise as named at the booking stage of the website
"Carer" or "Parent" means the person who attends the class with the participant and is responsible for their welfare
"Term" means the agreed dates as described under view classes at www.rugbytots.co.uk
"Cost" and "Fees" means the value chargeable to attend a Rugbytots term

All issues pertaining to the coaching during a Rugbytots class operated by a Rugbytots franchise or Rugbytots Ltd and the on-going communication with coaches, back office staff & Rugbytots head office are subject to these terms and will not be replaced unless pre-agreed in writing by the parent and the franchisee owner or Rugbytots Ltd
These terms shall be deemed to be accepted by the parent or carer once the box is ticked on the booking page and confirmation of payment has been received.

By agreeing to these terms on the booking page of the website the parent or carer agrees not to share any aspects of Rugbytots programme with a third party who may be involved in a business that operates in the same market as Rugbytots. The parent or carer will not be involved directly or indirectly with such a company.
The parent or carer will not take, replicate or use any Rugbytots material directly or indirectly for use with any other organization.

The classes in any given territory are either operated by a Rugbytots franchise or coaches who are employed by Rugbytots Ltd. If the class is operated by a Franchise the franchisee's details are clearly stated on the website at the point of booking.

The information provided on the online booking is accurate and up to date at the point of entry. Any changes will be sent by the parent/carer to either the Rugbytots franchise or Rugbytots ltd as soon as the change needed is realized.
It is the parent or cares responsibility to inform the Rugbytots franchise or Rugbytots Ltd of any special medical conditions at the point of booking online. This includes behavioral disorders.
The parent or carer must not attend the class whilst suffering from any serious illness or must not attend the class whilst the participant is suffering from a serious illness unless pre-agreed in writing.
During all Rugbytots classes operated by either Rugbytots ltd or a Rugbytots Franchise the parent or carer agrees and accepts the sole responsibility, general conduct and care for the participant during the class
Rugbytots ltd or a Rugbytots franchise does not allow the parent or carer to leave the participant for any amount of time before, during or after a Rugbytots class.
Rugbytots Ltd or a Rugbytots franchise have the sole right to cancel or exclude the participant and the parent or carer if deemed necessary for the safety and well being of other participants or parents or carers

The parent or carer agrees that any claim made against Rugbytots Ltd or a Rugbytots franchise will be made in writing within 30days of the incidence taking place and failure to report in writing within this time will negate any such claim. To this end the maximum aggregate liability for Rugbytots ltd or a Rugbytots franchise will not exceed the total fee.
Neither Rugbytots ltd, a Rugbytots franchise, a coach, coaches assistant nor any other servant accepts responsibility in respect of loss, damage or expense incurred by a parent or carer during a Rugbytots class.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions the parent consents that the data provided (non financial) can be shared within the Rugbytots group.
